Blogger Biggest Loser {Week 3}

I can't believe we're already at week 3.  I learned a lot last week.  Fast food is the devil!!!  I can't believe how many calories you consume with a single fast food meal.  Water is becoming my new friend.  What's my secret?  I have a large cup from Chick-fil-A and I fill it with ice and water through out the day at work. 

Parker and I went to visit my sister on Saturday.  I walked in the door and said she noticed that I had lost weight.  Well, that made my day.  Gota love my sister!!!

Okay, here are my results:

Week 1: 174.8
Week 2: 172.8
Week 3: 170.8

Yes, that's another 2 pounds.  I'm very happy with a 2 pound weekly weight loss.  Thank you all for the encouraging words you leave me each week.  Good Luck, ladies!

  1. Congratulations on your loss! 2 pounds is wonderful. Yes, fast food is of the devil! I keep a Sonic Route 44 cup that I refill with water.

    Are you doing any exercise? I think you may have mentioned running in your previous post.

    1. Yes, I run 2-3 miles 2 days a week. I need to increase my runs but no time lately. I did register for a half marathon in April and there will be several 5k's I will run in the next 3 months.
