Blogger Biggest Loser {Week 4}

I can't believe were are already on Week 4.  I tracked my calories with My Fitness Pal last week.  Overall, I thought I did really well.  I increased my water and running. 

Week 1: 174.8

Week 2: 172.8
Week 3: 170.8
Week 4: 170.6

Yes, I lost .2 pounds.  Talk about a real bummer.  I weighed on Friday and it said 169.  There is no way I gained 1.6 pounds due to 1 cupcake on Saturday.  So, I'm a little frustrated.  I know it's part of it but I have been doing so good.  I hope I can get in the 160's by week 5.  Good Luck to all you ladies!

  2. You are doing great but I do know how you feel. I have been feeling the same way I feel like I am working my butt off and not seeing the results I want. PS I am now a new follower to your blog

  3. Don't let this week get you down. Sometimes we have little losses and they are followed by super large ones. I bet you will make it into the 160's by next week.

  4. Don't let it get you down. What is crazy about the scale is that in order for it to be accurate a weigh in is only suggested to be done once a month. Yea, I know I couldn't hold out that long. HAHA Shake it off, and stay off the scale except for weigh in days. Then you would have been none the wiser over the little loss. You are doing great!

  5. OH gosh puhleeze. My scale fluctuates like that too...I wonder if one scale is better than another? But you can drink a glass of water and weigh more! You are doing great!!!
