Blogger Biggest Loser: The Finale

Well, the end is here.  Having the weekly weigh-in has kelp me accountable, which is what I need.  I could have done better.  I haven't logged in my meals with My Fitness Pal in three weeks but started back today. 

I lost 6.2 pounds during the challenge.  I was really hoping to lose 10 pounds, but that did'nt happen.  My running has increased and I have managed to drink more water.  Now that the time has changed, I will be running 2x during the week and long runs on the weekend. I may link up with another group to help my motivation.  Good Luck to everyone!  Thanks JAVA MAMA for the challenge.
